A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO CHANGING THE NAME OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREET FROM APPLE AVENUE TO ROCCA AVENUE
~UIEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has determined
that good cause exists for the changing of the name of the street known as Apple
Avenue to Rocca Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco does hereby change the name of that certain public street known as
Apple Avenue to Rocca Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets is hereby directed
to procure street signs to show the change of said name above ordered and he is
further directed to erect said signs in the appropriate places.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of December, 1957, by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, and Leo J. Ryan.
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Francis Lucchio
