RESOLUTION NO. 2551
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUI(CIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DESIGNATING CHARLES LEI)WITH,
A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT, AS THE ACCOUNTANT
TO PERFORIfTHK ANNUAL AUDITING SERVICES FOR THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN I~NCISCO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1957-1958
WHEREAS, CHARLES LEDWlTH has submitted to the City of South San Francisco
a written offer to perform annual auditing services, the total fees for which, as
stated in said offer, should not exceed the sum of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00)
per annum, and
WHEREAS, the total charges for such auditing services are arrived at on
the following basis:
Principal
Senior Accountant
Junior Accountant
$75.00 per diem
50.00 per diem
37.50 per diem
and
able.
WHEREAS, said charge for such auditing services is deemed to be reason-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that said CHARLES LEDWlTH be engaged to perform auditing services,
as in the premises hereto specified, and i'n the event that he shall perform ad-
ditional auditing services, he shall receive compensation on the same basis'as set
forth in said premises.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in view of the nature of such auditing ser-
vices to be performed by said CHARLES LEDWlTH, his contract in that respect may be
terminated only upon the giving of at least ninety (90) days' advance written
notice.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular mooting of the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco held on the 16th day of December, 1957, by the fol-
lowing vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Francis
Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
