A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
~AN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEL~ENT
WITH THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO SCAVENGER COMPANY REGARDING
USE OF COLMA CREEK SAND AND FILL IttTERIAL
WHEREAS, hauling of the sand and fill material removed from Colma Creek
annually, which serves the purposes of the South San Francisco Scavenger Company,
and would benefit the City of South San Francisco by the cost of loading and haul-
ing said sand and fill material, and
WHEREAS, the Company would make use of said sand and fill material and
the fill and cover operations at the City dump, hauling and removing said sand
and fill material at no cost to said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco does hereby accept and approve that certain agreement dated
the day of , 19 , wherein the South San Francisco
Scavenger ~mapany is authorized to takea~ haul certain sand and fill material
dredged:from Colma Creek.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 16th day of December, 1957, by the following vote:
AYES: Council~en G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, ~ilio Cortesi, Francis
Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
