RESOLUTION NO. 2557
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ACCEPTING AGREEMENT SETTLING CLAIMS FOR PAR~WAY-
LUX AVENUE AND SPRUCE AVENUE
WHEREAS, City and Developers of Loma Linda have through negotiations
determined a settlement of the claims for damage to Parkway-Lux Avenue and Spruce
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the Agreement dated the 16th day of December, 1957, sets forth
the terms of the settlement of said claims and City desires to approve and accept
said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the C~ty of
South San Francisco does hereby approve the terms of that Agreement dated the
16th day of December, 1957, wherein Developers of Loma Linda agree to transfer
a certain sUm of money and property to the City. in settlement of its claims for
damage to Parkway-Lux Avenue and Spruce Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
to execute said Agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco. and the
City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of tko C~ty of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of
December, 1957, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen G. J.. Ro~si, Andrew Rocca, Emilio
Corte~l,:F~am~is Lucchio and Leo Ryan
