A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT OF A SUM OF MONEY IN LIEU OF REVERSION - LAND
TRANSFERRED FOR SUPERIOR COURT SITE
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the execution of a deed to the
County of San Marco for 1.09 acres, and
WHEREAS, said deed has not yet been executed, and
WHEREAS, the City and the County desire to add a provision to said deed pro-
riding for the payment to the City of an agreed sum of money, should the conditions for
reversion set forth in said deed occur.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco does hereby order that a provision be added to the proposed deed, which shall
per, it the County to pay to City FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000) in lieu of reversion
because of the happening of any of the conditions set forth in said deed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting held on the 19th day of December,
1957, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi and Francis Lucchio
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilmen Andrew Rocca and Leo J. Ryan
