RESOLUTION NO. 2566
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO APPOINTING ENGINEERS FOR THE PROJECT OF IMPROVING
HARBOR WAY FROM ITS NORTHERLY TERMINUS AT EAST GRAND AVENUE
IN SAID CITY, AND EXTENDING SOUTHERLY THEREFROM TO THE
PRESENTLY IMPROVED PORTION OF SAID HARBOR WAY LYING WITHIN
THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS "SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
INDUSTRIAL PARK", AND DIRECTING SAID ENGINEERS TO PREPARE
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND TO MAKE AN ESTIMATE OF THE
COST OF SAID IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, that WILSEY & HAM, a qualified firm of Civil Engineers, be, and
they hereby are, appointed as engineers to supervise the grading and paving
work and the constructing of the public improvements in the proposed special
assessment district to be known as "Harbor Way Assessment District", which con-
sists of the improvement of Harbor Way from its northerly terminus at East
Grand Avenue in said city, and extending southerly therefrom to the presently
improved portion of said Harbor Way lying within that certain subdivision known
as "South San Francisco Industrial Park", and to prepare all engineering docu-
ments, plans, and specifications therefor. As and for compensation for the
performance of said work of engineering, said fim of WILSEY & HAM shall re-
ceive the customary or standard fees, which shall be payable as part of the in-
cidental expenses of the work of i~provement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that WILSEY & HAM, said engineers, shall make
and furnish to this City Council an estimate of the cost and expenses of all
the work hereinbefore referred to.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 6th day of January, 1958,
by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen O. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi,
Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
