A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO DESIGNATING AN OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR
THE MAKING OF ALL LEGAL PUBLICATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH
THE PROCEEDINGS PERTAINING TO HARBOR WAY ASSESSMENT
DI STRI CT
BE IT RESOLVED that the SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ENTERPRISE-JOURNAL, a
newspaper of general circulation printed and published within the confines of
the City of South San Francisco, be, and the same hereby is, designated as the
newspaper in which there shall be made all legal publications pertaining to the
proceedings to be had with respect to that certain special assessment district
known as "Harbor Way Assessment District".
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 6th day of January, 19§8, by
the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Francis
Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
