HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2571-1958RESOLUTION NO. 2571 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT (PATH) IN AVALON PARK NO. 3 Good and sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran- cisco, a municipal corporation in the County of San ~ateo, State of California, as follows: Section 1. It is the intention of said City Council, pursuant to Public Service Easement Vacation Law (Title 5, Division 1, Part 1, Chapter 2, Article 5, Government Code, Sections 50430 et. seq.), to order the following described public service easement in said City to be vacated. All that certain real property situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, being more particularly described as fol- lows: That certain easement marked "Path'!, 10 foot wide lying between Lots 8 and 9 in Block No. 3 shown on map of 'Avalon Park No. 3" dated July 28, 1954, on page 47, in Volume 39 of Official Records of San Mateo County. Reference is made to the Subdivision ~ap entitled, "Avalon Park No. 3", dated Febru- ary 1954, and on file in the City Clerk's Office designating said easement. Section 2. Said City Council hereby fixes ~onday, the 17th day of February, 1958, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, in said City of South San Francisco, County of San ~ateo, State of California, as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in, or objecting to, the vaca~on of said public utilities easement. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro- duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of January, 1958, by the following vote: AYES, Councilmen G.
