A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN MATEO
COUNTY TITLE COMPANY FOR THE RECEIPT AND HOLDING OF LOTS 3 AND 4,
BLOCK 1, LOMALINDA TERRACE
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and Developers of Loma Linda have here-
tofore, in settlement of claims for street repairs, executed.an agreement dated the 3rd
day of February, 1958 , and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of said agreement, Developers were to pay City
the sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00) and transfer title to Lots 3 and 4, Block 1,
Loma Linda Terrace, and
WHEREAS, said cash sum has been paid and deposited with the City Treasurer, and
the deeds to said lots have been delivered to the San Mateo County Title Company for the
benefit of the City, and City desires to accept same by having the San Mateo County Title
Company hold title pursuant to the terms of the Holding Agreement dated the 3rd day
of February, 1958.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco does hereby authorized the execution of that certain Holding Agreement dated
the 3rd day Of February, 1958, whereby said Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Loma
Linda Terrace, have been transferred to the San Mateo County Title Company for the benefit
of City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 3rd day of February, 1958, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmen 6. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, hilio Cortesi, and
Leo J. Ryan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Francis Lucchio
