RESOLUTION NO. 2579
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM THE GRONDINE COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Easement dated the
day of 1958, whereby the Grondine Company, a corporation, grants to
said City of South San Francisco an easement interest in, across, and through certain real
property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant of Easement, together with a certified copy of this resolution and/
or certification of acceptance, to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing, resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of February, 1958,
by the following vote:
