RESOLUTION NO. 2582
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
CHANGING AUTHORIZED AGENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PRESENTING CLAIM TO THE
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has heretofore
adopted a resolution identified as follows:

which in part authorized Emmons McClung to act as "Authorized Agent" for the City of
South San Francisco with respect to the application described, therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco now desires
to replace said Emmons McClung as "Authorized Agent'" by naming Eugene Aiello in his
stead as "Authorized Agent";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That all powers, rights, and duties conferred upon Eamons McClung by
the aforesaid resolution are herewith revoked.
2. That all acts hitherto performed by said Eamons McClung as "Authorized
Agent" for City of South San Francisoo are herewith ratified and confirmed.
3. That Eugene Aiello, City Manager, City Hall, is herewith designated as
"Authorized Agent" of City of South San Francisco with respect to the above application
and is endowed with all rights, powers, and duties conferred upon said former agent,
Em~ons McClung, by the aforesaid resolution;
I, Arthur A. Rodondi, Clerk of the City of South San Francisco,
State of California, do hereby certify the foregoing to be a full, true,
and complete copy of a resolution adopted by the City Council of the City'
of South San Francisco, passed at a regular ~eeting held'on~the'3rd day of

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and.affixed
the seal of said City of South San Francisco at my office in the City of
South San Francisco this 3rd day of February, 1958.
