A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CORRECTING THE AGREEMENT
TRANSFERRING LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 1, LOMA LINDA TERRACE
WHEREAS, the Developer in an agreement dated the 16th day of December 1957
agreed to transfer lots designated therein as Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Loma Linda
Terrace, and
WHEREAS, lots should have been designated Lots 3 and 4, and
WHEREAS, Lots 3 and 4 have in fact been transferred to the City of South
San Francisco pursuant to an Holding ~greement with the San Mateo County Title Company,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, for the sake
of an accurate record, desire to amend the agreement, so that it will carry the cor-
rect designation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the agreement dated the 16th day of
December 1957 be corrected to designate the lots transferred as Lots 3 and 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to consent to said cor-
rection and initial the agreement on the'page where said correction is made.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of March, 1958, by the
following vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Francis Lucchio
and Leo J. Ryan

ABSENT, None
