RESOLUTION NO. 2605
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~OUTH
SAN FRANCI~JO AWARDING CONTRACT ~
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
California that
the ~ity of
South San Francisco,
WHEREAS the Director of Public Works of said city, as its ex-officio City
Engineer, did, on the 4th day of April 1958, publicly open, examine,
all sealed bide and proposals for the work to bo done and improvements tO-be made,
ae described and specified in Resolution of Intention No. 356?, adopted by said
City Council on the 6th day of'January-1958', and as mere particularly described in
the Notice Inviting Sealed Propomale 'or Bids dated'March 5', 1958, to which resol-
ution and notice reference ie hereby made for a description of the work and improve-
ments to be done and the materials, supplies, and equipment to bo furnished there-
for; and

1958, emine the written report .of said Director of Public Works pertaining to the
sealed proposals or bids for the hereinabove mentioned work and improvemente,

1. 'That said City Council hereby rejects all said proposals or bids for
the performance of the aforementionedwork and tmjrroV~ments, except that hereinafter
mentioned, and hereby anrde the contract for performing the work and improvements
and furnishing the materials, supplies, and equipment necessary therefor', to the
lowest responsible bidder, to-wit: A. DALE WILLIAMS, such work and improvements to
be performed in accordance with the terms of his said bid and the aforeaaid'notice
calling for bids.
2. That the'Mayor of said City ie hereby authorized to make and enter
into a written contract with said successful bidder upon thoro having'boon dmpostted
with the City Clerk of said City the requisite performance and labor and matmrtala
bonds; that said City Clerk shall attest the Mayor's signature to said contract and
shall affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was rqularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of 8outh San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 7th day of April 1958, by the following vote':
