A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE' CITY"OF ~OUTH SAN
FRANCISCO DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE A PUBLIC SERVICE
EASENE~ IN ~OUTH SAN' I~.ANCISCO INI~J~I~ PARK UNIT NO.
GOod and sufficient cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco, a municipal corporation in the County of San Hateo, State of California, as
follow~:
'Section 1. It is the intention of said CltyCouncil pursuant to Publi~
Service gaaementVacation Law (Title' 5, Division 1, Part 1, Chapter 2, Article 5,
Government Code, Sections 50430 et. seq.), to order the following described public
service easement in said City to.be vacated.
Ail that certain real property situate .in the City of South San FranciSco,
County of San Marco, State of'California, being more particularly describedas follow~:
That certain 10 foot public utilities easement extending 'entirely
across Lot 1' of Block 5 and lying contiguou~ to and southerly of
the northerly boundary line of said Lot 1, as said lot, block, and
public utilities easement are delineated and so designated upon the
map entitled, "South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit No. 1, South
San Francisco, San Marco County, California", and filed for record
September 14, 1956, tn the office of the County Recorder of the
County of San Marco, State. of California, in ¥olmae 46 of Maps at
pages 5, 6 and 7.
which was dedicated to theClty of South San Francisco by mapentitled, "South San
Franclscolndustrial Park No. 1", approved Augtmt~27, 1956, by' the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco and recorded Septaber 14,-1956, in Volume
46M, Official Records of San Marco County at page 5, 6 and 7 (88069N), thq original
of which is on file in the City Clerk's office in the City of South San Francisco.
Section 2. .Said City~Council hereby fixes Monday, the 5th day of Nay,
1958, at the hour of~S o'clock p.m., in the Council Chmabers', City Hall, in Said
City of South San Francisco, County of San Narco, State of California, as the time
and place for hearing all .persons interested Aa, or objecting to, the vacation
of said public utilities easement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing re~olution m regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the City Council of 'the City o~ South San Fran-
cisco'at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of April, 1958, by the
following vote:
