A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
RECORDS AND PAPERS MORE THAN FIVE (5) YEARS OLD
WHEREAS, the Personnel Board has in its files examinations, correspondence
and applications more than five (5) years old, and
WHEREAS, destruction of said records is-authorized~uponapproval by the
City Council by resolution and written consent of the City Atto~n~y and Department
Head, and ,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney and Department Head have filed written consent
to the destruction of e~uainations., correspondence and applications more than five (5)
years old.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Sout'h
San Francisco does hereby approve and authorize the destruction of certain exa~inations,
correspondence an~ applications now in the files of the Personnel Board.
I hereby certify that' the fore~oing resolution was regularly
introducedand adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of April, 1958, by
the following vote:
