PROCLAMATIONO~ THECITY~ANAGE~ AS
MRAC-~O~OF'CIVIL D~g~E'ANDIYfSASTER
PROCLAIMING THE THREATENED EXISTENCE
OF A DISASTER
WHEREAS, the City Manager as the Director of Civil Defense and Dimamter of
the City of South San Francisco did, pursuant to state law and city ordinances, on the
2nd day of April 1958 proclaim that in the City of South San Francisco there existed a
threatened state of disaster, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to the.ordinances of said City, desire
to confir~ said pr~lazmtion ~ade while the City Council wa~ not'in session.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~OLVED that the City Council ofthe City of South
San Francisco determines that' sufficient cause existed'for, and' does hereby confirm,
theproclamation made by the City Manager as Director of Civil Defense and Disaster on
the 2nd day of April, 1958, proclaiming a threatened state of.disaster in the City of
South San Francisco. '
I hereby certify that theforegoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San FranciSco
at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of April, 1958, by the following
vote:
