A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2612 ENTITLED
"A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR SEALED PROPOSALS"
MA DRONE AVENUE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that Resolution No. 2612 entitled '"A Resolution Calling for Sealed Proposals" adopted
by this Council on April 7, 1958, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the last paragraph of said Resolution be amended to read as
follows:
"Said sealed proposals or bids shall be delivered to the City Clerk of
this City on or before 2:00 o'clock p.m. on the 12th day of May, 1958,
said time being not less than ten days from the time of the first
publication of said notice. Bids will be publicly opened, examined
and declared on said day and hour by the City Manager and the results
reported to the City Council at 8:00 o'clock p.m. on May 19, 1958".
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City-Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 21st day. of April, 1958,
by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi,
Leo Ryan and Patrick Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, None
