A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 2624 AND 2626
REGARDING SPUR AND DRILL TRACK LOCATION ON SOUTH MAPLE
AVENUE, UTAH AVENUE, EAST ALLEN AVENUE, LITTLEFIELD
AVENUE AND A SECOND LOCATION ON UTAH AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolutions No. 2624 and 2626 did hereto-
fore authorize permits for installation of spur and drill track crossings at loca-
tions designated therein, and
WHEREAS, the City Council does desire now to rescind said resolutions
and authorize by separate resolution an alternate precaution signal installation,~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco does hereby rescind Resolutions No. 2624 and 2626 providing
for spur and drill track locations at South Maple Avenue, Utah Avenue, East
Allen Avenue, Littlefield Avenue and a second location on Utah Avenue.
I hereby certify that the'foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by th~ Ciiy Council of the City of
South San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting held this 22nd
day of April, 1958, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, ~milio Cortesi and
Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Leo J. Ryan
