RESOLUTION NO. 2636
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO vACATING AND SETTING ASIDE THE
SALE OF BONDS TO STONE &'YOUNGBERG AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION AWARDING SUCH SALE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, County
of San Mateo, State of California, that
WHEREAS this City Council did heretofore, on the 5th day of May 1958, award to
STONE & YOUNGBERG the sale of the special assessmant bonds to be issued in connection with
the Harbor Way Assessment District proceedings; and
WHEREAS there was a conflict in the notices given in connection with the sale of
such bonds, :~,
NOW, THEREFORE, for the reasons stated in the premises hereto, and for other
good and sufficient reason, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS.:
That the sale of bonds so awarded to 8TONE & YOUNGBERG be~ and the same hereby
is, vacated and set aside, and the resolution awarding such sale, being Resolution No. 2635,
passed and adopted on the 5th day of May 1958, be, and the same hereby is, rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted at a special meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
held on the 12th day of Ray, 1958, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern.
