A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCI8CO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT AND LEASE REGARDING. RENTAL AND USE OF
MAGNOLIA SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco, as owner of the building and prem-
ises known as Magnolia School, has heretofore leased and let use of said premises to
the South San Francisco Unified School District, and
WHEREAS, City and District desire to enter into an agreement and lease re-
garding the payment of past due rent and joint use of the premises for the year July 1,
1958, to and including June 30, 1959,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City'Council of the City of South
San Francisco does hereby authorize the execution of an agreement and lease dated the
20th day of Ray, 1958, whereby the City of South San Francisco does lease and let use
of the premises on the conditions therein contained.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
execute said agreement and lease on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the
City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate'Seal of the City.
I herebY certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a special meeting held on the 27th day of Ray, 1958, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi and Patrick E. Ahern.
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Leo J. Ryan
