RESOLUTION NO. 2660
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2459
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Fffancisco has duly passed
Resolution No. 2647 entitled: "A Resolution Declaring That There is Need for a Redevel-
opment Agency to Function in the City of South San Francisco", said Resolution having
superseded Resolution No. 2459 previously passed, and
WheREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco desires to res,
cind Resolution No. 2459.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that Resolution No. 2459 is hereby rescinded and cancelled and the same having
been superseded by Resolution No. 2647 entitled: "A Resolution Declaring That There is
Need for a Redevelopment Agency to Function in the City of SOuth San Francisco".
I hereby certify that the 'foregOing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of June, 1958, by the following
vote:

NOES,
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
None
