A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING CERTAIN CHANGES
AND MODIFICATIONS IN THE WORK OF IMPROVEMENT FOR
HARBOR WAY ASSESSME~Tr DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of July, 1958, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, a public hearing was held for the purpose of consider-
ing certain proposed changes and modifications in the work of improvement for Harbor Way
Assessment District, which public hearing was held pursuant to the provisions of that
certain Resolution No. 2659, adopted by s~idlCity Council on the 16th day of June, 1958,
at a regular meeting thereof; and
WHEREAS no protests, either written or oral, were made to the proposed changes
and modifications in said work of improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council that said proposed changes
and modifications in the wor~ of improvement for Harbor Way Assessment District be, and
the same hereby are, approved and adopted, and that the additional work of improvement, in-
cluding the proposed added acquisitions, be, and the same is hereby ordered to be, per-
formed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco held on the 7th day of July, 1958, by the following vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahern
