RESOLUTION NO. '2664
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT
BONDS - MADRONE AVENUE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby, directed to call for bids
for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to ResOlution of Intention No. 2608
adopted by this Council on April 7, 1958. The Notice of Sale of such bonds shall be in
form to be prepared by Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, and shall be given by the
Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various banks and bond houses interested
in the purchase of such bonds, at least ten days before the date of opening bids.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm of Kirkbride,
Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of
the proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 7th day of July, 1958, by the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahem.
