A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING REPORT OF ANNUAL
SEWER RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR 1958-59 PURSUANT
TO ORDINANCE NO. 396
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 396, sewer rentals and charges are re-
quired to be assessed on the city tax rolls and collected with the regular municipal
taxes, and
WHEREAS, the written report charging each parcel with the sewer rentals
and charges has been duly filed with the City Clerk and required published notice of
hearing on said report has been made, and
WHEREAS, hearing was duly held on the 21st day of July 1958 at 8:00 p.m.
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco in regular Session and pro-
tests having not been made by owners of a majority of the separate parcels of prop-
erty described in said report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco does hereby adopt the sewer rentals and charges filed with the City
Clerk for 1958-59 and said rentals and charges shall be assessed on the city tax
rolls and collected with the regular municipal taxes, and said rentals and charges
shall, as set forth in Ordinance No. 396, constitute a lien on the respective parcels
of real property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall cause a copy of this reso-
lution to be published, within fifteen (15) days after passage, in the South San Fran-
cisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of
South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of July, 1958, by
the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
