CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
INDUSTRIAL PARK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ENTERPRISE-JOURNAL
AS THE NEWSPAPER IN WHICH THE CITY CLERK OF SAID CITY IS ORDERED
TO PUBLISH ANY NOTICE, RESOLUTION, ORDER OR OTHER MATTER RELATING
TO INDUSTRIAL PARK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.'3
WHEREAS, the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal is a newspaper published
and circulated in the City of South San Francisco, San Mateo County, State of California;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City of South San Francisco is conducting
~roceedi~gs under the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 and the Improvement Bond Act of
1915; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City of South San Francisco has adopted
its Resolution of Intention No. 2671 to order certain acquisitions and improvements in
Industrial park Improvement District No. 3 as described in said Resolution of Intention;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, State of California, as follows:
Whenever, in the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 or the Improvement Bond
Act of 1915, a notice, resolution, order or other matter relative to said proceedings
for said acquisitions and improvements in said Industrial Park Improvement District No. 3
is required to be published, the City Clerk of the City o'f South San Francisco is hereby
ordered to publish such notice, resolution, order or other matter in said THE SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ENTERPRISE-JOURNAL, which is hereby selected by the City Council for that
purpose.
