THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
SPECIAL MEETING
April 3, 1985
TIME: 5:30 p.m.
PLACE: City Hall Conference Room, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Richard A. Haffey called the South San Francisco Redevelopment
Agency meeting to order at 5:30 p,m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Richard A, Haffey, Vice Chairperson Roberta Cerri Teglia,
Member Mark N. Addiego, Member Gus Nicolopulos
Absent: Member Emanuele Damonte
Also Present: Executive Director/Secretary C. Walter Birkelo, Assistant
Secretary Mark Lewis, Counsel Herman Fitzgerald
CURRENT Executive Director Birkelo stated that he did not have anything under this

CLOSED SESSION: Chairman Haffey called a closed session of the Redevelopment Agency at
5:35 p.m.
MEETING The Redevelopment Agency meeting reconvened at 6:06 p.m. Matters of
RECONVENES: personnel and litigation were discussed in closed session.
ADJOURNMENT: It was moved by Member Nicolopulos and seconded by Member Addiego that the
meeting be adjourned. Motion as made and seconded was regularly carried.
Time of adjournment: 6:10 p.m.
