A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTIES BORDERING THE WE~T
BOUNDARY OF SPRUCE .AVENUE P-C-M
WHEREAS, the City Council upon previous studies of the Planning Commission and
its own investigations considers the rezoning to PoCoM. of portions of Parcels 2, 4, and
5, Assessor's Map of South San Francisco No. 8, to be in the public interest and for the
public welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco declares its intentions to rezone portions of Parcels 2, 4 and 5, South San
Francisco Assessor's Map No. 8 to.P.C.Mo classification.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 2Ist~day of July, 1958~ by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, None
Councilman Emilio Cortesi abstained from voting.
