A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH BAUER-LESSER REGARDING INSTALLATION OF II/PROVEMENTS
IN BUR1 BUR1 #3 (#3A)
t~HEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and Developer, Bauer-Lesser, desire to
enter into a contract as of the 14th day of July 1958 providing for construction,
stallation and completion of certain public improvements in Buri Buri #3 (#3A).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of t~ City of South San
Francisco that the execution of that certain agreement dated as of the 14th day of
July, 1958, be, and is hereby, authorized and that the Mayor of said City is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and
the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 4th day of August, 1958, by the following
vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, None
ABSTAINED, Councilman Emilio Cortesi
