A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT
TO THE EXISTING FREEWAY AGREEMENT WITH THE
STATE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, the Division of Highways, District 4, has submitted a report entitled
IV-SM-68-SSF 4QT1670-T recommending that the off ramp from Bayshore Freeway at the inter-
section of Linden Avenue and Airport Boulevard be closed and channelization on Airport
Boulevard be.~ installed, and
WHEREAS, the City CounCil of the City of South San Francisco desires to enter into
said amendment agreement and authorize its execution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of SOuth San
Francisco does hereby authorize th~ execution of an amendment to the existing freeway
agreement with the State ~ivision of Highways conforming to the report identified as
IV-SM-68-SSF 4QT1670-T providing for the closing of the off ramp from Bayshore Freeway
at the intersection of Linden Avenue and Airport Boulevard and the installation of channel-
ization on Airport Boulevard.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is
instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and-adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 2nd day of September, 1958, by the following vote:
