A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
sAN FRANCISCO OBSERVING THE CITY'S 50TH ANNIVERSARY DATE
AND EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO THOSE WHO SERVED THE CITY
DURING ITS 50 YEARS OF ACHIEVEMENT
WHEREAS the City of South San Francisco celebrates its 50th Anniversary on
the 8th day of September 1958, and
WHEREAS, the City Council on behalf of the City of South San Francisco desires
to formally express appreciation to those who have contributed to the City's 50 years
of achievement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that on this occasion of the City's 50th anniversary celebration, the City
expresses appreciation to those who have contributed to its 50 years of achievement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that appropriate plaques or certificates be issued to
those who have served as Councilmen, Co~missioners and public officers.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of September, 1958, by the following
vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, ~milio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
