A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED OF EASEMENT
FROM FRANK W. CARNEY AND LORRAINE CARNEY TO THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Easement, dated September 10,
1958, whereby FRANK W. CARNEY and LORRAINE CARNEY grant and convey to said City of South
San Francisco certain real property therein described for the purpose of installing and
maintaining an underground sanitary sewer line.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Deed of Easement, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be re-
corded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of September, 1958, by the following
vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi,. Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahern
