A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
AND EXECUTION OF A DOCUMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
STATE EDUCATIONAL AGENCY FOR SURPLUS PROPERTY, AND THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CONTAINING PROVISIONS AND CONDITIONS
REGARDING THE TRANSFER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco and hereby
ordered that Eugene Aiello, City Manager, be and is hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco. That certain Warehouse Issue Sheet
#R-3251 between the City of South San Francisco and the State of California, State
Educational Agency for Surplus Property, relating to the personal property therein des-
cribed, is annexed hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, and that the City
of South San Francisco agrees thereby to be bound by all the provisions, transfers, terms,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, and covenants therein set forth.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 6th day of October, 1958, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahem
