A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS REGARDING
CONMUR STREET
WHEREAS, LUTHER E. BERRY and CHRISTINE BERRY, his wife; and CURT A. HASENPUSCH
and VIVIAN D. HASENPUSCH, his wife, have executed and submitted for acceptance by the
City of South San Francisco offer to dedicate land for extension of Conmur Street between
Granada Drive and Alta Vista Drive, and
WHEREAS, City desires to enter into said agreements and authorize execution of
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the following offers are accepted:
1. That certain offer to dedicate land for Conmur Street set forth in an
agreement between the City of South San Francisco and Luther E. Berry and
Christine Berry, his wife, dated the 25th day of September, 1958.
2. That certain offer to dedicate land for Conmur Street set forth in an
agreement between the City of South San Francisco and Curt A. Hasenpusch and
Vivian D. Hasenpusch, his wife, dated the 25th day of September, 1958.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
execute said agreements on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk
is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of October, 1958, by the following
vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi and Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Leo J. Ryan
