A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
~UTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A REVOCABLE PERMIT
FROM THE SAI~ FRANCISCO WATER DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Revocable Permit from the San Francisco
Water Department of the City and County of San Francisco dated October 7, 1958, and auth-
orized by the Public Utilities Co~ission under Resolution No. 18578, whereby the City
of South San Francisco is permitted to occupy and utilize the certain real property~
therein described for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a pole to support an air
raid siren.
BE ITFURTHER RESOLVED that said permit be executed by properly signed endorse-
ment accepting the permit subject to the conditiOns therein contained, and that a copy
and other required documents be filed with the Water Department of the City and County
of San Fra~isco.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the accep-
tance of said Revocable Permit and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest
his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 17th day of November, 1958, by the following vote:
