A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~OUTH
SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION
OF ~NICIPAL ELECTION RETURNS FOR 1958
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has in his office election returns of the municipal
election of April 1958, and
WHEREAS, destruction of said returns is authorized by the laws of the State
of California within six (6) months after said election, if there is no contest pending,
and
WHEREAS, more than. six (6) months has passed and no contest is pending, and
the City Council consents to andapproves the destruction of said' returns.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the~City..Council of the City of South
San Francisco does hereby approve and consent to the destruction of the election returns
of the municipal election of April 1958. .~

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 1st day of December, 1958, by the following
vote:

Patrick E. Ahern
