A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ABANDONING A PUBLIC
.UTILITY EASEMENT.- STERLING MANOR, LOTS 1
THROUGH 13,
BLOCK 7
WHEREAS, a public utility easement was dedicated to the City of South San Fran-
cisco on the 5th day of March 1951 by the recording of that certain subdivision map
entitled, "Sterling Manor, Map No. 2, South San Francisco, California", recorded in
Volume 33 of Maps, Official Records of San Mateo County, pages 8 and 9, and
WHEREAS, said ten (10) foot public utility easement has not been used for the
purposes for which it was dedicated or acquired and is unnecessary for present and
prospective public use by said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of South San Francisco having
not used said ten (10) foot public utility easement over, across and through Lots 1
through 13, Block 7, Sterling Manor Subdivision, South San Francisco, California, re-
corded in Volmne 33 of Maps, Official Records of San Mateo County, pages 8 and 9, and
determining that Said easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public use by
said City, does hereby abandon the ten (10) foOt public utility easement over, across and
through Lots 1 through 13, as hereinabove more particularly described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said vacation and abandonment shall not release,
vacate or abandon any other easements granted or in use, nor shall it vacate or abandon
easements granted or in use, nor shall it vacate or abandon easements granted or in use
over Lots 14 through 27, Block 7, Sterling Manor Subdivision - Map No. 2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the required documents be recorded by the city
Clerk to clear the Grantors' property of the easement.
I' hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of December, 1958, by the following
vote:

and Patrick E. Ahern
