A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH PACIFIC PLANNING AND RESEARCH, A CORPORATION, AND
WILLIAM E. SPANGLE, A PRIVATE CONSULTANT, FOR CONSULTANT
SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and Pacific Planning and Research, a
corPoration, and William E. Spangle, a private consultant, desire to enter into a. con-
tract as of the 1st day of December 1958, providing for a planning study of the City of
South San Francisco in two stages, more completely described in said referenced agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the execution of that certain agreement dated as of the 1st day of Decem-
ber 1958 be, and it is hereby, authorized and that the Mayor of said City is hereby auth-
orized to execute said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the
City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 1st day of December, 1958, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Leo J. Ryan and PatrickE. Ahern
NOES, Councilman Emilio Cortesi
ABSENT, None ~
