A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
L. H. COMER AND VIOLET E. CO~ER, HIS WIFE., TO~
THE CITY OF ~OUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE I? RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant Deed, dated the
24th day of October, 1958, whereby L. H. COMER and VIOLET E..COMER, his wife,
grant and convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement and right-of-way
for the construction and maintenance of public utilities over certain real prop-
erty therein described,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, di-
rected to cause said Grant Deed, together with a certified copy of this resolu-
tion, to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of December, 1958,
by the following vote:
AYES,
NOES,
CoUncilmen Leo J. Ryan, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi and
Patrick E. Ahern.
None
ABSENT, Councilman G. J. Rozzi
