A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THEEXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT WITH COATES, HERFURTHAlqD ENGLAND,
CONSULTING ACTUARIES~ FOR ACTUARI~LINVESTIGATION~
AND VALUATION UNDER THE STA'TE EMPLO,YEES~: ,.
RETIRI~ENT SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and Coates, Herfurth and England,
Consulting Actuaries; desire to enter into a contract as of the'lSth day of December
1958 providing for actuarial investigation and valuation under the~State Employees'
Retirement System. '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVED by the City CounciI of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of that certain contract dated as of the 15th day
of December 1958 be, and is hereby, authorized; and that the Mayor of said City is
hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of said City of South San Fran-
cisco and the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the
City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 15th day of December, 1958,
by the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen Leo J. Ryan, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi and
Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman G. J. Rozzi
