A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING AGRANT OF PUBLIC.SERVlCEEASEMENT

TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Public Service Ease-
ment, dated the:~13th day of December, 1958, whereby LUTHER E. BERRY and CHRISTINE BERRY,
his wife, grant and convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement over,
across and through certain real property therein described,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, together with a certified ~opy of this res-
olution, to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of December, 1958,
by the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen Leo J. Ryan, Andrew Rocca, hilio Cortesi and
Patrick E. Ahe~n
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman G. J. Rozzi
