A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC
SERVICE EASEMENT'FROM CURT A. HASENPUSCH AND
VIVIAN D. HASENPUSCH, HIS WIFE, TO THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Public Service
Easement, dated the 15th day of December, 1958, whereby CURT A. HASENPUSCH and
VlVIAN D. HASENPUSCH, his wife, grant and convey to said City of South San Fran-
cisco an easement over, across and through certain real property therein described,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, together with a certifiedcopy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County
of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City'COuncil of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of December, 1958,
by the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen Leo J. Ryan, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi and
Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman G. J. Rozzi
