THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
SPECIAL MEETING
May 29, 1985
TIME: 5:15 p.m.
PLACE: Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avneue, South San Francisco, CA
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Richard Haffed called the South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency
meeting to order at 5:20 p,m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Richard A, Haffey; Member Mark N, Addiego~ Member
Emanuele N. Damonte; Member Gus Nicolopulos
Absent: Vice Chairperson Roberta Cerri Teglia
Also Present: Executive Director/Secretary, C, Walter Birkelo; Assistant
Secretary Mark Lewis
SOLUTION Executive Director Birkelo stated that this Plan goes to the Planning
REFERRING Commission for their review and report back to the City Council, All
PROPOSED of this should be completed by early July.
REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN TO THE It was moved by Member Addiego and seconded by Member Damonte that the
PLANNING/ resolution be adopted. The resolution is entitled: A RESOLUTION REFERRING
COMMISSION:~ THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SOUTH SAN FRANCSICO U, S. STEEL
'~ PLANT SITE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCSICO FOR REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION, The motion as made
and seconded was regularly carried.
ADJOURNMENT: It was moved by Member Damonte and seconded by Member Addiego that the
Redevelopment Agency meeting be adjourned. The motion as made and seconded
was regularly carried.
