A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING BUDGET ANDAFPROVING
FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDU~OF AGREEMENT FOR
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5
OF THESTREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
WHEREAS, a first supplemental memorandu~ of agreement has been presented
to be entered into with the State of California in accordance with a project state-
ment submitted by the City of South San Francisco for expenditure of the engineer-
ing allocation to cities for the fiscal year 1959, and
WHEREAS, the City .Council has heard read said agreement in full and is
familiar with the contents thereof,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that said project statement be, and i~ is hereby, adopted as the budget
of proposed expenditures of the engineering allocation to cities, and said~agreement
be, and the same is hereby, approved and the Rayor and the City Clerk are directed
to sign the same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City
upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced'and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of December, 1958,
by the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen Leo J. Ryan, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi and
Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman G. J. Rozzi
