A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
EXTENDING A LEASE - MAGNOLIA SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and the South San Francisco Unified
School District desire to extend by agreement that certain lease entered into as of
May 20, 1958, providing for the rental of that property known as Magnolia School,
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the agreement extending the lease dated the 16th day of December 1958,
between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and the South San
Francisco Unified School District of the County of San Mateo, be, and it is hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City
Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 5th day of January, 1959, by the following
vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortest,
Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahem
