A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH IDEAL CEMENT COi/PANY CONCERNING
RIGHT TO DREDGE' FOR SHELLS IN WATERS CONTROLLED BY
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and Ideal Cement Company desire to
enter into an agreement as of the 5th day of January, 1959, concerning right to dredge
for shells in waters controlled by South San Francisco.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the execution of that certain agreement dated as of the 5th day of
January, 1959, be, and is hereby, authorized; and that the Mayor of said City is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and
the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 5th day of January, 1959, by the following
vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
