SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT AMENDING PLANS~AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
INSTALLATION OF 12 MILE CREEK DISCHARGE STR~CTURE
BE IT RESOLVED that the agreement dated as of the 1st day of December 1958
authorizing, amendment of plans and specifications for installation of a discharge
structure at 12 Mile Creek is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is instructed to
attest to his signature.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 5th day of January, 1959, by the following
vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
NOES, None
ABSENT, None
