A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING' THE TER~S OF THE
SK~LL CRAFT HARBORS COmmISSION'S RESOLUTION APPROV-
ING LOAN FOR CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED
PERSON TO EXECUTE LOAN AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Small Craft Harbors Co~mission has by Resolution prescribed
the terms of the loan for construction and the City of South San Francisco does
hereby desire to accept the terms of said resolution and designate the representa-
tive of the City of South San Francisco authorized to execute the Loan Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Small Craft Harbors Commission's
Resolution approving the loan for purposes of construction for a small craft
harbor located in the City of South San Francisco is hereby accepted and the execu-
tion of a contract between the City and the State of California, Department of
Natural Resources, Division of Small Craft Harbors, is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Guido Rozzi, ~ayor of the City of South San
Francisco be the official designated as the representative who is authorized to
execute the Loan Agreement and other official documents in connection with the
project and the City Clerk is instructed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the'corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 19th day of January, 1959,
by the following vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
