A R~LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDING AGREEMENT
WITH CURT A. AND VIVIAN D. HASENPUSCH
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
certain agreement dated the 31st day of December 1958 between the City of South San Francisc
and Curt A. Hasenpusch and Vivian D. Hasenpusch, his wife, be executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is in-
structed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 19th day of January, 1959, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahem
