A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT OF
THE PLANNING COIOIISSION ADDING A P-1 CLASSIFICATION TO
THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND ORDERING ENDORSEIIENTS AFFIXED
TO SAID REPORTAND RECOMMENDATIONS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco has duly
filed its report and recommendations to add a P-l, Professional Executive Research,
District to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco after bearings and
proceedings, in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California and
relevant ordinances of the City of South San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco desires to
approve said addition endorsed to show that it has been adopted by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco does hereby approve the report and recommendations of the addition to
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco to wit: a P-1 District, Profes-
sional Executive Research, and orders the endorsement of said report, recommendations
and addition by the signatures of the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco attested
to by the City Clerk to show that said report, recommendations and addition has been
adopted by the City Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of February, 1959, by the
following vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, LeO J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
