A RESOLUTION OF THE cITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING THE FILING OF AN
AMENDED ASSESSMENT "SOUTH CANAL AND MAYFAIR AVENUE
IMPROVEMENT"
WHEREAS, a parcel of land to wit: described in Exhibit 'A", attached hereto,
upon, and is, an unpaid assessment against which a bond has been issued has been sub-
divided and the City Council, on application of the owners, desires to segregate and
apportion unpaid installation of the original assessment in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Director of Public Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets,
shall file with the City Clerk a report and an amended assessment of the lots or par-
cels of land described as described in Exhibit 'A', attached hereto, and as part of
said report, including map or plot plan showing how such lot or parcel has been div-
ided, make said amended assessments so that the total amount of the assessments of the
several portions of said lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon
the original lot or parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon filing of the said report and amended
assessments the City clerk shall fix a time and place for hearing upon the amended
assessment and shall give notice of the hearing by publication, said time and notice
shall conform to'the requirements of Section 8732 of the Streets and Highway Code of
the State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of February 1959, by
the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
